On the Board

I have some super news to report to you dear friends…

I am now on the Board of Directors for Head and Hands, a remarkable Montreal-based non-profit that does so much good for the community and in particular for youth. So much good. Like we’re talking a mind-blowing amount of good, including:

This video below which best summarizes all that this organization just says it all. The enthusiasm and overall good vibes that emanate from every single person affiliated with Head and Hands beams down like the sun. The Annual General Meeting was like being surrounded by tons of BFF’s.

I believe in Head and Hands because I was once a confused kid who could have gone either way. Having people who believed in me and listened to me and offered help was invaluable in escaping negativity which could have easily lead me in an entirely different way of life.
Getting information that there was a way out of my confusion. That I had power. Those were the most life-changing lessons that came to me. Head and Hands offers up information and support that changes so many lives and brings people together in knowing that they’re not alone and they don’t need to suffer or struggle. Life can be tough and we have to help and support one another.
I’m honoured to be able to help this organization however I can and encourage you to find a local organization to dedicate your time and energy into. It really does feel amazing.

Hey congrats on that! The Unitarian church I occasionally attend often raises money for them. Sounds like a great group!
