What Is This Blog About?

Online since 2006, Full Contact Enlightenment is where you can find the rants, ramblings, wisdom, musings and stumblings of a lightly-seasoned and still percolating dharma student and practitioner.

Full Contact Enlightenment is all about living and dying with every ounce of being. Breaking away from the hindrances.  Chipping away at the concepts that I’ve held as a Gen X-er raised on punk rock, comic books, horror movies and skateboarding.

Blog posts within do not reflect the thoughts of my teachers, my teachers teachers or any of my past lives (or do they?)

Why Full Contact Enlightenment?

Buddhism is a contact sport. I fight with my cushions….
