Yes, Tanya, the sangha, the community.
And four kinds of nutriment: food, sensory, volition, consciousness
Healthy volition especially. I see this in the people I serve and who are living in a long-term care community. The desire to be useful and contribute is as essential as the need for physical nourishment, ’til the end. It can be as small as spreading happiness through one’s calmness or a simple smile. Being recognized by others in the sangha (in this case the long-term care community)
