I hope to see my fellow Montrealers at Ahimsa Yoga next weekend for the weekend with Anyen Rinpoche who will provide teaching on “The Four Mind Turnings”

Tibetan Buddhist teacher Anyen Rinpoche will give a profound and easy to understand course on ‘The Four Mind Turnings’. These foundational Buddhist teachings and practice sessions are suitable for the beginner and experienced alike.

Schedule details:
Friday 8-9:30pm: Momentary Buddhahood (suggested donation: 10$)
Saturday 12-3pm: Four Mind Turnings teachings part 1 (suggested donation: 45$)
Sunday 10:30-12:30, 2:30-4:30: Four Mind Turnings teachings part 2 (suggested donation: 30$ per session or 50$ for all of Sunday)
Suggested donation for the entire weekend: 100$

Anyen Rinpoche is an esteemed teacher of Buddhism and a tulku from the high mountains of Amdo, Tibet. From birth, he was raised by the accomplished Dzogchen yogi Lama Chupur. Later, he was trained as a scholar and became the heart student of the great realized master Tsara Dharmakirti Rinpoche. He is the fifth in an unbroken lineage of heart students who received their uncommon lineage of the Longchen Nyingthig and introduction to Dzogchen directly from the renowned master Patrul Rinpoche.
A faculty member at Colorado’s Naropa University, he is the author of The Union of Dzogchen and Bodhichitta, Momentary Buddhahood and Dying with Confidence. He is known for his kindness, profound understanding of the Buddhist teachings and easy to understand explanations.
