Tibetan Medicine? Any thoughts?

I’m a fragile little one. I’m allergic to everything. A simple peanut can kill me. Has anyone been treated using Tibetan medicine for allergies and general wonky body imbalances?

I’ve hit rock bottom…

I’m giving up dairy and doing a big detox during my upcoming vacation.

In my quest to better manage my allergies and health, I’ve sought help from a naturopath who has recommended some hardcore actions for me to take.

My vacation will be a protein-smoothie-filled, dairy free, rice based fiesta. Instead of sipping wine with a good book, I’ll be enjoying milk thistle tea.

Who knows. I just might like this new vegan me…

My Eyes – Part 2

This time last year I went in to see my eye doctor for my regular checkup and found out that I have narrow angles. Go figure. I went to see an eye specialist who wanted to do a laser iridotomy to prevent glaucoma. Of course I went for a second opinion and was told I’m too young to go for this surgery as it can cause cataracts later in life.

Fast forward a year and I’m in the office of a new eye doctor who is telling me that I NEED to have this surgery done…. no ifs ands or buts.

Rewind to last year when I was googling every page available on the net to read about narrow angles / laser iridotomy.

Fast forward a year and whaddya think I’m doing now?
