Where are your favourite locations?

After reading this blog post titled “My local Tibetan restaurant”, I wanted to put the call out to all those interested who wish to offer up a shout out for your favourite local Buddhist, Buddhist-friendly or just plain inspiring local spots.
I’ll work on mine soon…Promise!
I’ve been wanting to do a video blog post so this is the perfect motivation for me. Who knows, perhaps if there are enough responses, we can collaborate on a travel guide.

There used to be a group that would meditate once a month on the National Mall. I liked it because there was always a reaction from the people wandering around on the Mall. It wasn’t always the reaction you *wanted*, but every time it happened it gave me a new perspective on meditation.
