Centre Zen de la Main Montreal is moving
The Centre Zen de la Main will be making a move July 1st to a charming 2 story house in the same neighborhood as its current location. The official temple opening will be in September and with this comes an expansion in the activities and services to be held at the centre.
“As well as the usual schedule of zazen, zazenkai and sesshin, it will include a monthly Sunday morning short sitting, monthly English and French beginner’s instruction sessions, a Zen Kitchen Basics course, community meals, training for the support positions of jikijitsu and shoji in the zendo, and an evening series on Zen Practice Fundamentals.”

Enpuku-ji/Centre Zen de la Main is an urban centre dedicated to the study and practice of Rinzai Zen Buddhism, one of the main schools of Zen in Asia.
