I’m thinking about this passage:
Let go of what has passed.

Let go of what is happening now.
Don’t try to figure anything out.
Don’t try to make anything happen.
Relax, right now, and rest.
And in other news, I’m one of those people that loves a fresh start that a new year brings and as such, I’m hoping to commit to sitting each and every day of 2009.
Oh and ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ is such a feel good movie that you owe it to yourself to go and check it out.
