Check out this heartfelt message on the MySpace.com – Karl Alvarez Benefit Page which is looking to raise “money to cover medical expenses because punk rock doesn’t have a benefit plan”.
Karl Alvarez, bassist of The Descendents and All, suffered a minor heart attack on August 11th and while he is physically doing well, the mounting medical bills are taking a toll.
A MySpace page has been set up as a resource to organize benefit shows and taking gifts to help with medical expenses.
