My so called habitual tendencies

I’m a bad meditator…

It was refreshing to hear that Pema Chodron admitted to being one as well.
I sometimes beat myself up for not sitting longer, harder, straighter, better, tighter, looser.. Fortunately I haven’t succumbed to the famous introspective ‘what the hell am I doing’ question which many practitioners fall prey to. I know why I sit. I know why it’s important to me, to the world.

So then why am I not making more of a commitment to this?

Does anybody have the antidote?

i don’t have the antidote. but i just love your honesty, and your writing in general.

you’re properly putting a human face, so to speak, on the modern dharma practitioner.
