Eco condos in Montreal???

Can anybody drop me a line to let me know where a gal can get an eco condo in Montreal?
They exist.. I’ve heard about them…I’ve seen stories. I’ve read reports…
Eco condos aren’t the new sasquatch or lochness monster are they?
Is it only in the Bermuda Triangle that they exist?
Has global warming affected the Bermuda Triangle? Is it becoming the Bermuda angle?
I’m being a smart ass today. Forgive me.

There is a great one being built 2 blocks from Jean Talon market, near me. Let’s each get one and be condo neighbours, meeting on the green roof every sunday for tea and scones, or gin and carab-chip-cookies.
