		<description>I agree that Old Montreal is a great place to visit, no question. &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I wouldn&#039;t completely write-off Verdun as a place to move to (lived here for nearly 25 years) ;)&lt;BR/&gt;I know a few Maritimers, and one in particular has a real soft spot for the Plateau Mont-Royal. I must asmit, there is something about the Plateau the appeals to me as well.</description>

		<description>Never witnessed a gang fight in 13 years of living in Montreal. Manhunts, hits and collections, but no gang fights. Old Montreal is always a winner to visit. I work in the area and there&#039;s so much to find it&#039;s amazing. List #2, depends on income I guess but the area of Villeray and Rosemont are pretty quiet. Avoid St-Michel, Verdun, Hochelaga and Montreal-Nord.</description>
