Well I’m thinking about picking up some green stuff…. Wheatgrass!
After speaking with my dietician, she suggested that I try adding wheatgrass to my diet to add a bit of protein in my system. I don’t know much about this ‘green miracle food’ so I was looking for any info from those who have tried it or who use it regularily.
I swear, I’m turning into a bigger hippy each and every day!
